14. STRATEVITA Platform Services

Note: The following sections apply specifically to STRATEVITA platform deployments. Platform access is governed by separate Master Service Agreements.

14.1 Platform Architecture

STRATEVITA implements a multi-database, zero-trust architecture with:

  • Frontend Database: User identity and organizational data
  • Service Database: Configuration and UUID-based linking
  • AI Service Database: Assessment processing isolated from PII
  • UUID-Based Separation: AI processing receives no PII unless explicitly required and consented

14.2 AI Processing and Third-Party Services

The platform uses AI services for assessment processing:

  • Proprietary and Commercial LLM/SLM: Speech processing/generation, text/video analysis, formatting, summarization, etc
  • Multi-LLM Validation: Cross-validation across multiple AI models for bias elimination
  • Data Minimization: Only assessment-relevant context sent to AI services
  • No Training on Your Data: Our proprietary rubric-based approach ensures your data is not needed for model training

14.3 Audio and Video Recording

Platform assessments may include audio/video recording:

  • User Consent Required: All recording requires explicit user consent before session begins
  • Session Recording: Audio and video captured during assessment sessions
  • Storage: Media files stored in encrypted Blob Storage or client-specified infrastructure
  • Correlation IDs: Audio and video from same session linked via unique identifiers
  • Retention: Configurable per client policy (default 30 days for lawful/abuse response)
  • Access Controls: Role-based access with comprehensive audit logging

14.4 Assessment Data Processing

Assessment data flows through secure, isolated systems:

  • Real-Time Processing: Hybrid approach with intelligent chunking for optimal accuracy
  • Transcription: OpenAI Whisper, or similar service, converts audio to text with extremely-high accuracy
  • Analysis: Multi-LLM validation using IAXOV's proprietary rubric-based processes ensures bias-free competency assessment
  • Results Storage: Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • Quality Assurance: ISO 9001 compliant with 10% random sampling and escalation-based human review

14.5 Deployment Patterns

Pattern A - Anonymous Assessment: Zero-PII with partner-managed identities (educational institutions)

Pattern B - Enterprise Skills Management: Full identity management with HRIS/SSO integration

Pattern C - Government/High-Security: Air-gapped deployment with enhanced privacy controls

15. Data Sovereignty and Security

15.1 Client Data Control

Unlike SaaS platforms, STRATEVITA deployments give clients complete control over:

  • Data location (geographic region, infrastructure provider)
  • Encryption keys (client-managed or platform-managed options)
  • Access policies (role-based access control)
  • Retention policies (configurable per data type)
  • Integration controls (which systems connect to STRATEVITA)

15.2 Security Certifications Available for Deployments

  • SOC 2 Type II: Independent verification of security controls
  • ISO 27001: Information security management system
  • ISO 42001: AI management systems
  • ISO 9001: Quality management for assessment validity
  • Any: Client-specific certifications as required

15.3 Compliance Support

STRATEVITA supports compliance with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, FERPA, HIPAA, SOX, and PCI DSS through built-in audit trails, data subject rights automation, and regulatory reporting capabilities.

16. Service Level Expectations

16.1 Availability

Standard SLA: 99.5% uptime (upgradeable to 99.99%). Downtime excludes scheduled maintenance with 7-day advance notice.

16.2 Performance Targets

  • Web portal response: <2 seconds for 95% of requests
  • API response: <500ms for standard operations
  • AI assessment processing: ~5 seconds (varies by complexity)
  • System uptime: 99.5% minimum

16.3 Support

Standard support includes business hours assistance. Premium and Enterprise support options provide 24/7 availability and dedicated technical account management.

17. Limitation of Liability for Platform Services

Assessment Results: STRATEVITA provides AI-driven assessment tools. Final hiring, promotion, and employment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client organization.

Bias Mitigation: While STRATEVITA implements comprehensive bias mitigation (Multi-LLM validation, ISO 9001 quality management), we cannot guarantee truly zero-bias in all circumstances. Rather we offer consistency and transparency in assessment processes with bias evaluations and reporting. Clients are responsible for their own compliance with employment laws.

Data Loss: While we implement enterprise-grade backup and disaster recovery (RPO: 15 minutes, RTO: 4 hours).

18. Client Responsibilities

When using STRATEVITA platform services, clients are responsible for:

  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring platform use complies with applicable employment and privacy laws
  • User Consent: Obtaining appropriate consents for assessment and recording
  • Data Accuracy: Providing accurate organizational data and user information
